Watch the video: Essential reporting
Organisations using Diamond can never see the survey responses that you, as an individual, provide. Certain organisations can access anonymous reports and similar data outputs.
The reports show general trends and gaps in the sector workforce and on-screen contributors. Individual responses become more useful when they are combined into larger groups. This allows us to identify patterns and carry out reliable statistical analysis. We bring everyone’s answers together to show the bigger industry picture, without identifying you.
We make sure the reports are anonymous by using best-practice techniques called ‘differential privacy’. This is a mathematical way of adding a small amount of random noise to data before sharing or analysing it, so that the overall patterns are accurate, but we can’t see or work out any individual’s information.
Reports show organisations their own organisation / activity benchmarked against the following.
