Production companies

Supplier

In the production view, a supplier is a company or individual working on the production that can be invited to add their own team to Diamond. At launch this will be a post-production company where relevant, but Diamond is designed to support wider participation across the industry over time.

Inviting a supplier

Inviting a supplier sends an email asking them to take part in Diamond. Once they accept, they can log in and add details of the people working on the production.

New participation

The percentage of contributors on this project who completed the Diamond survey for the first time. This helps you understand how many new participants your project has brought into Diamond.

Total participation

Diamond linking code

A unique code that contributors receive after completing the Diamond survey. Contributors can share the code with production companies instead of an email address. Production companies use the code to link contributors to projects in Diamond. The same code can be reused across future projects without completing the survey again.
