Watch the video: Adding cast and crew · Adding contributors (suppliers)
Query:
Lots of different people contribute to a production and I'm not sure if I should include everyone.
Answer:
You should include everyone working on the project.
This includes people working onscreen and behind the scenes employed directly by the production company, and unpaid contributors. There is additional functionality to include contributors working on the production through your post-production supplier – consider using the Supplier feature to include those individuals.
Only include people who have been told about Diamond and who didn’t opt out. We recommend informing people about Diamond and giving them the opportunity to opt out during onboarding. Learn more here.
