Suppliers add contributors too

Watch the video: Inviting suppliers · Adding contributors (suppliers)

Many people contribute to making a production and it's important that they are all included. Use this feature to ask post-production suppliers to add their team working on the production as well. Only invite suppliers with a UK business address to take part in Diamond.

Before adding contributors to Diamond, make sure they have been told about Diamond and given the opportunity to opt out.

The Engagement Toolkit includes ready-made resources to help you explain Diamond to your suppliers and answer common questions.

How it works

Select the option (see screenshot below).
Enter your contact's email address.
The tool sends them an invitation to add their contributors to your project.
They upload or add their contributors in the same way.
A list of the roles they have added appears in the project's cast and crew list. To preserve privacy, individuals' names and email addresses are not visible to the production company.
