In most cases, you only need to:

• Assign new suppliers the first time they appear in Diamond.
• Approve completed projects once production companies have finished their Diamond requirements.

Project details and publication data are shared with Diamond automatically through your integration. If you have questions about this process, please contact your organisation's technical team working on Diamond.
