Before you start

Make sure the project has been saved. The Assign project option only appears on saved projects.

Steps

1. Open the project.
2. Click the three horizontal dots (⋯) on the right of the screen, above the Save button.
3. Select Assign project.
4. In the box that appears, enter the name and email address of the production company contact in charge of Diamond.
5. Click Send Invitation.

What happens next

Your contact gets an email inviting them to take ownership of the project. If they aren't the right person, they can forward the email to the right contact at the production company, who can then accept the assignment.

Tip

• The first time a supplier ID is used, you will need to assign the supplier manually.
• Once a supplier has been linked to that supplier ID, future projects using the same supplier ID will be assigned automatically.

Note for Integration Lite funders: once a project is assigned, any empty fields are locked from broadcaster editing. If something needs changing, you can use the approvals flow to reject the project and ask the production company to update it.
