Note: Projects initiated by a commissioning funder are automatically verified so this article is not relevant for most Diamond projects.
When a project is submitted for verification, your organisation contact will receive an email notification encouraging them to log in and verify the project.
If that's not their role, they should forward this email to the relevant person. Any admin or project manager on your account can
verify a project.
Any admin can also change your organisation contact so that a different person receives this email:
- Log in.
- Click on the Admin menu in the header.
- Select Organisation.
- Update Contact.
Before verifying a project initiated by a production company, check that your organisation will not be initiating its own version of the same project. This will help to prevent duplication.
