Contributor privacy and security

Contributor privacy and security

Contributors (the cast and crew who complete the survey) choose whether to share their answers and have the following options after they have done a survey.

  • Log back in: Contributors sign in with a one-time code sent to their email address.
  • Link or unlink projects: Contributors choose which projects their responses are connected to.
  • Update or correct responses: Contributors can change or delete any answer. Each change is saved with an effective date, so reports for earlier periods stay accurate and aren't rewritten after the fact.

The Everyone Project is certified to meet the leading international standard for managing information-security risks and protecting data, ISO/IEC 27001.

Your rights under data protection law

Contributors have full rights under UK GDPR, including the rights to access, correct and delete their data. To find out more or to make a request, see our Privacy Policy or contact CDN's Data Protection Officer at dpo@creativediversitynetwork.com.

Sharing this with your cast and crew

Taking part is voluntary, and contributors decide at the end of the survey if they want to submit their answers or not. It's worth telling your cast and crew this directly, because it can build trust and encourage people to take part.
